Shipping Information

Orders placed prior to 3:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 2:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped by no later than Thursday. An order placed on Tuesday at 4:00 pm will be processed and shipped by no later than Friday. 

Orders placed on non-business days (weekends and holidays) will be shipped within 2 business days regardless of the time when the order was placed. 

Returns & Exchanges

Blue Valley Candle Company accepts returns and exchanges. Please contact us at bluevalleycandle@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to process your return or exchange. 

Items must be returned in its original condition within 21 days of delivery to complete a refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process and return to it's original payment source.

Blue Valley Candle Company is responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges. It is the buyer's responsibility for return shipping costs of refunds (exceptions may apply).
